Books

Kiss or Cook by Lulu Lotus

This is cute, fun, and educational vegan children's book which begs the question, "Kiss or cook?" The answer is easy if you are a kid but it is spelled out on every page which shows a different animal and you can count the kiss marks on every one. On the opposite side is plant based food! Great for babies, preschooler's, and vegan kids!

Famous Family Trees

Beautiful Hardcover book with the family trees of fascinating figures from around the world throughout history. Fun for kids and adults with lots of interesting facts and stories.

The Help Yourself Cookbook: 60 Easy Plant-Based Recipes Kids Can Make to Stay Healthy and Save the World is written and illustrated by Ruby Roth who also wrote some of our other favorite vegan children's books. This one is on our list for this year for my littlest who doesn't read yet but is really into cooking and making food so I think she is going to love it!

Review and Giveaway coming soon!

I usually try to do an entire LEGO gift guide post but I'm not sure I'll get to it this year, so just in case, I'm going to make sure I add my favorite LEGO set(s) here.

This is not just for Harry Potter fans but a just an amazing set and collectible too.

Vegan Kitchen

I am a pretty practical person. We don't have a lot of fancy stuff but I love my kitchen appliances and there is always room for more. My parents have always given us kitchen appliances for Christmas and we highly recommend a few of these items for pretty much anyone on your list if they do not have them already or if they are newly vegan, new parents, or trying to get healthy or feed a healthy family.

Cuisinart Mini Prep

We have seen these for under $40 on Amazon and we rely on this for a lot of recipes including small amounts of nuts, seeds or grains that need to be chopped finely. One of our easiest recipes is our spaghetti sprinkle which is a healthy topping for kids past that can be whipped up in a matter of seconds in this thing.

NESCO Snackmaster Pro Food Dehydrator

This is something I've been wanting for a while. I have seen people use it for a variety of raw foods and turns out, a good model isn't all that expensive. Preserve fruit, make your own plant based jerky, dry herbs and spices, and make your own snacks with one of these.

The NESCO Snackmaster Pro Food Dehydrator is a #1 Best Seller on Amazon can dry a variety of fruits, veggies, herbs, spices, in a matter of hours as opposed to days.

Not only is this the one I've had for a few years but due to it's low price compared to other models at the time of this post, it was marked best value. It is what I use for all the bigger and tougher jobs - foods that are too sticky and thick to go in my Vitamix like banana nice cream and chopping dates.

Of course I have to mention the Vitamix. They have one out now that is low profile and much more economical than the older models. This things gets used at least every other day in my house making it really easy to make smoothies for the whole family. We also make hummus, plant based nacho cheese, among other things.

Vegan Gifts

Lots of vegan tees and always great deals too!
